Maha: Govt to establish Rs 191 Cr ‘CIIIT’ in Beed

Mumbai, Apr 16 (UNI) Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister of Beed, Ajit Pawar, announced on Wednesday establishment of a ‘Centre for Invention, Innovation, Incubation and Training’ (CIIIT) to provide employment and self-employment opportunities to students and youth of Beed district through industrial training, technical skill development and to make them industrially competent.
Within just two weeks, Tata Technology has decided to establish a new ‘CIIIT’ in Beed district at a cost of Rs 191 crore.
The company has sent a letter to Deputy CM Pawar to this effect.
It is believed that 7,000 youths will be trained every year at this centre, which will help create an industrial-friendly environment in Beed district.
