MoUs worth Rs 930 Cr signed at Distt Investment conference in Beed: Samant

Beed, Apr 16 (UNI) The Industry Department should make efforts to attract more investments in Beed district and work to fulfill the objectives of the Chief Minister's Employment Scheme, asserted Maharashtra Industry Minister Uday Samant at the District Level Investment Conference held on Wednesday.
Today, agreements worth Rs 930.11 crore were signed by 74 entrepreneurs of the district in his presence.
The conference was jointly organized by the Directorate of Industries, District Industries Centre as well as Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Maitri and the District Administration.
Due to these agreements, 6,036 people will get direct and indirect employment, added Samant.
