RJD demands withdrawal of increased price of LPG, petrol and diesel

Patna, Apr 7 (UNI) Strongly criticising the increase in LPG and petrol-diesel prices, the Rashtriya Janata Dal ( RJD) on Monday demanded an immediate rollback.
RJD spokesperson Chitrankan Gagan said here that the public was already suffering due to inflation and now the increase in the prices of LPG and petrol-diesel has only compounded their problems.
The government has increased the price of LPG by Rs 50 per cylinder and petrol-diesel by Rs 2 per litre.
The RJD spokesperson said the Prime Minister had gained the people's trust by promising to reduce the prices of LPG and petrol-diesel in 2014. But after coming to power, the public has been" betrayed" as rates of petroleum products have been doubled and tripled. UNI RS SSP
