Three youths drowned in river Ganga in Patna

Patna, Apr 7 (UNI) At least three youths were drowned in the river Ganga while taking a bath at village Dariyapur under Hathidah police station area on Monday.

According to police, 8 people were taking a bath in the river. Suddenly, they started sinking in the water. Of the eight youths, three met their watery grave while the rest five were rescued.

The deceased have been identified as Mohammed Meraj (25) Mohammed Ibrahim ( 19) and Mohammad Amir (20).

The bodies have been sent for postmortem.
