The accused was identified as Prince Kumar, son of Rakesh Kumar, a resident of Kapas Mandi, Sirsa, the spokesperson said.
Acting on the directions of Sirsa Superintendent of Police Deepak Saharan, a CIA Staff team headed by Inspector Ravinder Kumar had been keeping surveillance on suspected drug peddlers and people involved in the illegal sale of intoxicants.
