Haryana: General operation facility started in Sub-Divisional Civil Hospital Kalayat

Kalayat, Sep 29 (UNI) A team of doctors at the Sub-Divisional Civil Hospital, Kalayat successfully operated on a patient suffering from pilonidal sinus today.
The operation was performed by General Surgeon Dr. Akhil Bhoria and his OT team under the supervision of Senior Medical Officer Dr. Kiran Sindhu.
Senior Medical Officer Dr Sindhu stated that General Surgeon Dr. Akhil Bhoria recently took charge at the Sub-Divisional Civil Hospital, Kalayat. Since his arrival, various general surgical facilities are now available to the public.
He said that the hospital will now offer facilities for common surgeries, including hernia, hemorrhoid/piles, fissure, fistula, hydrocele, varicocele, breast lump, lipoma, local swelling, tubectomy, and vasectomy. This will eliminate the need for residents of Kalayat and surrounding areas to visit private hospitals for these common surgeries and will provide them with treatment at the government hospital.
Dr. Sindhu said that health services are being continuously improved in the sub-divisional civil hospital, so that quality medical facilities can be made available to the people of the area at the local level itself.
