Maha: Lt Gen Dhiraj Seth gives leadership lessons to management students of SIMS, Pune

Pune, June 14 (UNI) The Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies (SIMS), Pune, hosted “The Thought Leader Series” on the theme “Leading through Crisis: From Battlefield to the Boardroom” here on Saturday.
The Thought Leader Series is a flagship initiative of SIMS, aimed at fostering cross-sector learning and holistic leadership development.
Lieutenant General Dhiraj Seth, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Command, who was invited as the chief guest, delivered the keynote address.
In his address, Lt Gen Seth underscored the importance of adaptability, mission clarity, moral courage and leading by example, saying that these qualities are crucial to both military and managerial success.
He also shared the real-life anecdotes and leadership lessons from his service, encouraging student managers to embrace uncertainty, build cohesive teams and remain mission-focused in challenging times.
He congratulated the 33rd MBA batch on making it to SIMS.
