Govt must formulate concrete policy for women and girls safety: Prince Raj

Samastipur, Sep 25 (UNI) Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party (RLJP) National Working President and former Samastipur MP Prince Raj on Friday urged Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary to formulate a concrete policy and take effective measures to ensure the safety of women and girls in the state.
Raj said incidents of harassment and misbehaviour with women and minor girls at public places were a matter of serious concern.
In a letter addressed to the Chief Minister, he said that alleged incidents concerning the dignity and safety of women and girls in Bihar in recent days had raised serious questions over women’s security in the state.
