Himachal: Section 163 prohibitory order issued in connection with President's visit to Bilaspur

Hamirpur, Oct 1 (UNI) Keeping in mind the law and order situation and human safety ahead of the proposed visit of the President of India to Bilaspur district on October 6, District Magistrate Rahul Kumar has issued a prohibitory order under Section 163 of the Indian Civil Security Code, 2023.
According to the order, there will be a complete ban on the flying/operation of any type of drone, paraglider, or parasailing in the area of Bilaspur district from October 4 to October 6, until 5 pm. Additionally, during this period, there will be a ban on carrying weapons, ammunition, long-range weapons, sharp-edged weapons, or any other weapons that could potentially affect law and order or human safety.
This order will not apply to police forces and authorized security personnel. The district administration has requested all concerned persons and institutions to ensure compliance with the orders.
