Youth from UP detained in Himachal for anti-national posts; Hamirpur Police act on central agency input

Hamirpur(HP), Sep 22 (UNI) Acting swiftly on an input received from a central investigative agency, the local Sadar Police in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, have detained a young man residing in the town. The case pertains to the alleged sharing of content linked to anti-national activities on social media and suspicions regarding his contact with a dubious network.
According to the police, the central investigative agency had sent a complaint letter to the police administration on September 17, directing a detailed probe into the individual's activities.
The input raised concerns that the man, active on social media, might be in contact with a suspicious network or individuals involved in anti-national activities.
