Akhilesh Yadav likely go to Ayodhya on Oct 8

Ayodhya, Oct 4 (UNI) Samajwadi Party national president Akhilesh Yadav is likely to visit Ayodhya on October 8 to attend the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha being held at the residence of former minister Tej Narayan Pandey, alias Pawan Pandey.
However, the schedule visit does not mention about his Ram Temple, sparking political debate. Akhilesh's visit to Ayodhya comes at a time when political parties are increasingly active in the run-up to the 2027 assembly elections.
The Samajwadi Party has announced Pawan Pandey as its candidate for the Ayodhya seat. Consequently, the SP chief's participation in the religious program held at his residence is considered significant both for the local organization and for election preparations. Ayodhya has long been a key battleground between the BJP and the Samajwadi Party.
Meanwhile, former minister Pawan Pandey says that his village is 11 kilometers away from the Ram Mandir site, so Akhilesh Yadav will return after participating in the program organized there. He will visit the Ram Mandir and Hanumangarhi in November. UNI MBD SAS
