Varanasi, Oct 7 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) state president Pankaj Chaudhary on Wednesday said India’s image and global standing have undergone a transformation under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Addressing a reception at the auditorium of Sampurnanand Sanskrit University to mark the successful completion of the ‘Vadnagar-Kashi Motorcycle Yatra’, Chaudhary said Modi’s 25 years of public life and service have inspired millions of people and party workers across the country.
Praising the courage, dedication and enthusiasm of the youth and workers who participated in the yatra, he said the journey from Vadnagar to Kashi was challenging, but the determination of the participants helped them overcome the obstacles.
Chaudhary said Modi has provided a new direction to Gujarat’s development and, through his vision and foresight, had contributed to transforming India’s image over the past 12 years.
He said that India has emerged as a major global destination for investment and attraction, while the international community is also drawing inspiration from the country’s culture and values.
The BJP leader further said India’s credibility has strengthened on international platforms under Modi’s leadership. He also highlighted initiatives aimed at the welfare of the poor, restoring the legacy of prominent national figures and enhancing the honour of soldiers.
During the programme, 10 key route in-charges of the motorcycle yatra were felicitated with robes and mementos.
