Three children drowns in river, TN CM announces solatium

Chennai, May 21 (UNI) Three children were drowned in a river while having
a bath at Arasur village in Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu on Wednesday
evening.
Police said the deceased were identified as Sivasankari (18), her younger
sister Abhinaya (14) and Rajesh (13).
While Sivasankar and Abhinaya were daughters of Palani, Rajesh was the
son of Rajendran.
All the three hailed from Arasur village.
Chief Minister M K Stalin expressed deep anguish and grief over their deaths
and announced a solatium of Rs three each to their parents from the Chief
Minister's Public Relief Fund.
