Massive membership drive launched to unite one crore BC activists in Telangana

Hyderabad, May 25 (UNI) In a major step toward strengthening the political and social unity of Backward Classes (BCs) in Telangana, the BC Rajyadhikara Samiti formally launched a grand membership registration drive aimed at enrolling one crore BC activists.

The program was inaugurated at the Somajiguda Press Club on Sunday by Founder President Dasu Suresh, along with Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council Sirikonda Madhusudana Chari, Retired IAS officer Chiranjeevulu, and Former BC Commission Chairman Vakulabharanam Krishnamohan.

Dasu Suresh emphasised that the program seeks to mobilise BCs across the state to assert their rights and achieve equality through organised strength.

He announced that the first phase will register 10 lakh activists by the end of June, with membership open to all BC individuals above 15 years. Registration is underway at all local levels and is available both offline and online, free of cost.

The event saw participation from numerous BC leaders and intellectuals, who hailed the initiative as a turning point for BC empowerment and political representation in Telangana.
