Pigeon with mysterious numbered ring found in J&K's Hiranagar

Jammu, Sep 25 (UNI) The security agencies are on alert after a pigeon with mysterious numbered ring was found in the bordering Hiranagar area of Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Official sources said that a pigeon carrying a plastic ring with the number 03206343184 was found flying over the roof of a house in Subah Chack, Hiranagar.
The pigeon was spotted by Amit Singh, a resident of Subah Chack.
"The pigeon was handed over to Hiranagar Police Station for further investigation while more detail are awaited," they added.
