Rs 8.60-Cr recycling based manufacturing unit to come up in Hajipur Industrial Area

Patna, Sept 27 (UNI) In a move aimed at promoting sustainable development alongside industrial growth in Bihar, Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary has approved another initiative under which a new manufacturing unit will be established in the Hajipur Industrial Area.
Industry Department sources said here today that M/s Rituparn Poly Plast is setting up the new manufacturing unit based on recycled blow moulding and film technology, in line with the concept of recycling innovation.
The project is expected to support circular manufacturing and promote waste-to-value solutions by converting waste into valuable products. It will also create new employment opportunities while promoting indigenous manufacturing products and contributing to the state''s growing industrial ecosystem.
As part of the project, BIADA is in the process of allotting 17,943.5 square feet of land in the Hajipur Industrial Area for the proposed unit.
The industrial unit will be established at an estimated cost of Rs 8.60 crore and is expected to give further impetus to manufacturing and employment opportunities in the state, while providing fresh momentum to the "Build in Bihar" vision, the sources said.
