Tirumala: TTD to release Rs 300 SED tickets on October 7

Tirumala, Oct 6 (UNI) The Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) will release Rs 300 Special Entry Darshan (SED) tickets for October 12, 13, 14, 18, 19 and 20 on October 7 at 10 am through its official website.
Devotees have been advised to book the tickets only through the official TTD website, TTD said in a release here on Tuesday.
In view of the Srivari Navaratri Brahmotsavams from October 12 to 20 and the last week of the Peratasi month, which is expected to witness a heavy pilgrim rush, TTD has cancelled VIP Break and privileged darshans from October 11 to 20.
Darshan facilities for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, parents with infants, NRIs and defence personnel will also remain cancelled during the period.
Except for Protocol VIPs, recommendation letters for VIP Break Darshan will not be accepted from October 10 to 19, TTD said.
The temple authorities appealed to devotees to plan their Tirumala visit accordingly and cooperate with the arrangements made during the Brahmotsavam period.
