Lok Ayukta camp sitting in Kannur and Kozhikode from May 27 to 30

Kochi, May 18 (UNI) The camp sitting of the Kerala Lok Ayukta will be held at Kannur and Kozhikode from May 27 to 30.
Division Bench consisting of Justice N. Anil Kumar, Lok Ayukta and Ms. Justice Shircy V, Upa Lok Ayukta, will conduct sittings at Government Guest House in Kannur on May 28 and at Government Guest House in Kozhikode on May 29.
Ms Justice Shircy V, Upa Lok Ayukta, will conduct a single bench sitting at the Government Guest House in Kannur on May 27 and at the Government Guest House in Kozhikode on May 30.
Justice Ashok Menon, Upa Lok Ayukta, will conduct a Single Bench sitting at headquarters from May 26 to 30.
The court will reopen after vacation on May 19. Kerala Lok Ayukta resumed Division bench sitting on March 20 after Justice Ashok Menon and Ms Justice Shircy V, former judges of the High Court of Kerala, were sworn in as Upa Lok Ayuktas.
The Kerala Lok Ayukta investigates complaints involving maladministration and corruption filed against public servants, including government servants.
Instances of government officials sitting over files also come under the purview of maladministration. Complaints are disposed of in a time-bound manner in Kerala Lok Ayukta.
A help desk has been set up at camp locations as well as in headquarters to facilitate hassle-free filing of complaints. The procedure for filing complaints has been simplified.
Complaint forms can be downloaded from the website www.lokayuktakerala.gov.in. After filling up the complaint forms, it can be either filed directly at the filing counter situated in the office of the Kerala Lok Ayukta or it can be forwarded through post.
